works with the client to draw up a sketched plan. This plan and
the customer's ideas are then turned over to the drafting department
for preparation of preliminary plans. Final plans, detailed specifications,
and specific costs are always provided in contract form to the
customer before the actual construction process begins.

to the level of details available to the customer, Steve Lewis
brings a unique energy to the home building industry. In 1990,
after 10 years of building homes, he expanded horizons and began
to develop subdivisions and neighborhoods to offer the consumer
a variety of building sites. From the first two successful endeavors,
Ashland Estates and Alexander Heights (named after daughter Ashley
and son Alex), he has continued to develop property and has eight
